Namasté Offline is our yoga studio in Christianshavn, with Gentle, Flow and Namasté Fusion classes. Namasté Online brings those same classes to members joining live from home or elsewhere in the world. The online room follows the class as it happens. The provider makes a temporary technical recording to deliver the broadcast; deletion is requested automatically after the broadcast, normally within minutes. There is no saved class for teachers, training or replays.

Your teaching reaches beyond the studio walls while keeping the energy and connection of a real class. You welcome both groups, cue clearly for someone following on a small screen, and make each person feel part of the practice.

Teach 50-minute classes in one of three formats:

• Namasté Flow — vinyasa.
• Namasté Gentle — active Hatha, mostly floor-based, seated and on all fours.
• Namasté Fusion.

The rooms are unheated. You must wear the microphone we provide so people joining online can hear you clearly. We ask teachers to create a calm, inclusive experience, with clear instructions and a spoken welcome to the online room. Students in the studio may appear on camera and could be recognisable depending on the view. Studio security cameras record video and sound.

You hold certifications in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Experience teaching strength-based mat classes is welcome, but teaching Namasté Fusion is optional. You enjoy meeting people, can run a class independently, and are comfortable teaching to the room and a live camera at the same time.

This is a per-class teaching opportunity. You invoice from your own registered company. The opening rate is 200 DKK per class (plus VAT if you are VAT-registered). It covers the class and the time before and after it, and it is the same however many people take the class in the studio or watch it online.

After 50 classes taught, the rate rises to 250 DKK per class (plus VAT if applicable). Around 70 Namasté Offline studio members, we review a rate of 275 or 300 DKK per class.

Scheduling is flexible. Most teachers take three to six classes in a week, with some weeks up to ten depending on availability. You can teach more in one week and less in another. We coordinate changes and the roster through a teacher group chat, normally planning two weeks ahead. The class times repeat each week, while the teacher and format assigned to each slot can change.

Arrive 20 minutes before class to open the studio, welcome and check in students, and prepare the room. After teaching, allow 5–10 minutes to close and tidy. The role includes simple reception tasks, mat and towel rentals, and a quick tidy between classes. Laundry is handled separately.

You join a small team at the start of a new studio, help shape how live classes feel across both communities, and can practise without a class limit at Namasté Offline, including Hot Yoga and Vibro Yoga. Friends can take Hot Yoga at the teacher-friend rate of 149 DKK.

These class start times repeat each week. Select the hours you can usually teach. The selection gives us a starting point; tell us about changes or conditions in the form. We coordinate week-to-week availability in the teacher group chat.
