1 · Memberships
Namasté Offline offers a complimentary Open House week 5–11 October for anyone who signs up (7 days unlimited, no commitment). From 5 October it also offers one Flexible membership: you choose 1–8 classes per month, or unlimited. A limited Opening Offer (39 kr covering practice through 1 December 2026) may apply from 5 October; otherwise catalog prices apply. The membership then renews monthly on the same calendar day at the catalog price for your allowance and age bracket, and includes Namasté Online, the live stream of our classes. You may cancel from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unused classes in a monthly allowance do not roll over.
2 · Drop-ins & clip cards
A drop-in (125 kr) is valid for 1 week from purchase. The 5-class clip card (495 kr) is valid for 3 weeks from your first booking; the 10-class clip card (795 kr) for 5 weeks from your first booking. Each class credit may be used for a Namasté Offline class onsite or live on Namasté Online; both use the same balance. Expired classes are not refunded.
3 · Booking & cancellation
Studio classes are capacity-limited; an onsite booking reserves a physical spot. You may cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before class starts. Later cancellations and no-shows count as a taken class. Doors close 5 minutes before the class starts, so late arrivals cannot be admitted.
4 · Camera & live streaming
Every class is broadcast live to Namasté Online members while it happens. In-studio participants may appear on camera and could be recognisable, depending on the view. Sessions are never recorded or stored. See our privacy policy for the full disclosure.
5 · Health
You practise at your own risk. Consult a medical professional before starting if you have injuries or health conditions. Tell your teacher about anything they should know before class. If a pose hurts, stop doing it.
6 · Data
See our privacy policy. Short version: we store your email, membership status, and class bookings. We do not sell data.
