Namasté Offline offers one Flexible membership: you choose 5 or 10 classes per month, or unlimited. An eligible introductory offer is shown before joining. Its free period starts on the purchase date, followed by at least one full billing month at the selected normal price. The exact dates, minimum total and cancellation terms are shown before confirmation. The membership renews monthly on the same calendar day at the catalog price for your allowance and age bracket, and includes Namasté Online, the live stream of our classes. You may give cancellation notice in My account. The standard notice covers the remaining days of the current billing period plus one further full monthly period and payment. Agreements made before this notice change retain any shorter notice accepted at purchase. The reviewed account confirmation gives the actual end date. Mandatory Danish consumer rights take priority, including the right after five months to end with one month's notice to the end of a calendar month. Unused classes in a 5- or 10-class monthly allowance roll over to the next month while the membership is active; they do not carry over a pause, cancellation or suspension.
A recurring studio membership may be paused for 14 days to three calendar months. Request it at least seven days before the next billing period; the pause can start from that period. A maximum of three pauses per calendar year and your remaining pause allowance apply. One-time passes cannot be paused unless their purchase terms expressly allow it. A pause does not remove an agreed minimum payment period. Review the exact dates and billing effect before confirming. A loyalty rate or other ongoing discount conditional on continuous active membership ends on pause; the normal membership price applies on resumption unless the accepted offer explicitly says otherwise. An introductory offer follows its stated end date.
Shower facilities and mat storage each cost 99 kr per month. Shower access is available with any Flexible allowance; mat storage is available only with Unlimited. An extra is included only while that paid add-on is active. Mat storage is space for your own mat; it does not include a mat. Extras are not included in the free joining offer and cannot be selected in its checkout. Where adding an extra is available in My account, the reviewed quote states the charge for the days until your next renewal; use begins after payment succeeds. From renewal, its full monthly price is charged with your membership. Some offer or pending-billing memberships cannot add extras through My account. Extras end with the membership; mat storage also ends if you change to a limited allowance.
Flexible membership covers scheduled 50-minute Namasté classes in the studio and live on Namasté Online, using the same login and monthly allowance. You may book up to two classes a day, subject to space and your remaining allowance. Herbal tea is included. We share the address with Hot Yoga Copenhagen, Vibro Yoga and Yoga Bible; their classes, clients and passes are separate and their classes are not included in your Namasté pass.
A drop-in (175 kr, or 199 kr if you are 30 or older) is valid for 1 week from purchase. The 5-class clip card (595 kr / 695 kr) is valid for 3 weeks from your first booking; the 10-class clip card (895 kr / 995 kr) for 5 weeks from your first booking. These passes cover Namasté classes in the studio or live on Namasté Online, using the same login. Each studio or live online booking uses one class credit. Expired classes are not refunded.
Studio classes are capacity-limited; an onsite booking reserves a physical spot. Cancel at least 3 hours before class starts to avoid a fee. A late cancellation or no-show incurs a 50 kr fee charged directly to the card stored on your account. The exact consequence for a booking is shown before you confirm cancellation. It is your responsibility to make sure you check in for each class. Doors close 5 minutes before class starts, so late arrivals cannot be admitted.
The studio is at Torvegade 66, 1400 København K, Christianshavn. Doors open 15 minutes before class and close five minutes before it starts. Bring your own clean, non-marking yoga mat, rent one at the studio for 40 kr, or buy one for 390 kr. Thick camping mats are not permitted. Wear freshly washed clothes suitable for sweating and practise barefoot, without socks. A hand towel is optional; use a clean one if you bring one. Bring a refillable bottle; drinking water is available. Hairdryers, ginger shots, hand towels, blankets, eye/head pillows and yoga mats are not included. Showers and mat storage require their respective active add-ons (section 1b).
Keep the hall silent, including avoiding whispers. Place your mat quietly in a designated area. Arrive clean and avoid strong scents from food, perfume or tobacco. Rest on your mat whenever needed and stay in the room until the class ends. If you feel unwell or need to leave, tell the teacher; the class may pause.
Every class is broadcast live to Namasté Online members and other members and customers with live access while it happens. Cameras face the room; their positioning reduces how clearly faces appear, but in-studio participants may still appear and be recognisable. Both halls have areas outside the camera view; ask the teacher where to place your mat, but complete exclusion from view cannot be guaranteed. Our live-video provider records the broadcast as part of delivering it. Routine recordings are deleted automatically after the class; selected classes may be kept for up to 90 days for internal teacher training and teaching-quality review only. Recordings are never published, sold or offered to members as replays. Separate security cameras at the studio capture video and sound. Our privacy policy explains this in full, including your right to object.
Do not film, photograph or record other participants, the teacher or the class without their permission, and do not record or share the live stream. This protects everyone's privacy, including yours.
You practise at your own risk. Consult a medical professional before starting if you have injuries or health conditions. Tell your teacher about anything they should know before class. If a pose hurts, stop doing it.

New and existing members must complete the current studio guide before making their first or next new booking on this website. Completion is saved against your account; an important update may require a new guide. You can reread it in First Timers. Closing an incomplete guide does not book a class. Existing bookings, check-in and cancellation remain accessible. The guide confirms that you have reviewed the studio information; it does not itself start a membership, authorise a payment or replace the purchase and booking terms you separately accept. Previously agreed membership and payment terms are preserved.
